Biological Activity:

 

5-HT1A receptor partial agonist, less active enantiomer of (±)-8-OH-DPAT (Axon 1015), in comparison with R-(+)-8-hydroxy-DPAT (Axon 1016) as a full 5-HT1A agonist.
